Zeno Markets Review

The website of Zeno Markets claims it is a leading global online trading provider, with 10 years of experience. At first glance, the broker is offering an MT5 trading platform and trading conditions look pretty attractive. The thing that bothers us is that it is an offshore broker registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It seems a potential scam broker as most of the scam brokers are registered in Marshall Island, the Caribbean area, or SVG. Read the complete Zeno Markets review to know more about this broker.

On their contact us page they have displayed three addresses, which seems they are operating from three different countries. One is 30 Procter St, London WC1V 6NX UK, phone (+44) 0203 872 4455, another is 01 Austin Road West, Kowloon, Hong Kong, phone (+852) 3701 1783, and yet another office is at Cyberjaya, Malaysia, phone (+60) 19 877 4752. For all the three locations email ID is common, i.e. support@zenomarkets.com. For any advice, one can call +1 784 488 7328.

The website is operated and owned by Zeno Markets Ltd. group of companies. Its address is P.O. Box 1510, Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. If you note, this is a common address of many scam companies.

It claims to have been licensed by the regulatory authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines with registration no 26368. By the way, SVG does not provide the license to trade in forex. Zeno Markets does not provide its services in the USA, North Korea, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Sudan, Cuba, Iran, and Syria.

Zeno Markets Review: Deposits and Withdrawals

The company accepts deposits in cryptocurrencies (USDT, and BTC), and bank transfers (RBS bank, Nomura, Credit Suisse, Citi Bank, Saxo Bank, UBS, and Barclays). It does not accept card payments.

Zeno Markets Review: Account types

Zeno Markets offers three account types, Standard (minimum deposit $500), VIP 1(minimum deposit $5,000), and VIP 2 (minimum deposit $20,000). The leverage for all accounts is 1:500, which is too high. Most regulators have capped the leverage at 1:30 to protect the customer. The spread is from 1.4 pips to 0.1 pips. Zeno Markets claims to have negative balance protection for its customers. Its most popular account is VIP 1. Zeno charges huge inactivity fees, that is 160 Euros for 60 days.

Zeno Markets Review: Awards and titles

In a short span of 10 years the company claims it has won many awards and titles. All awards are from World Forex Award. They are, The Best Mobile Application (2012), The Fastest Growing Broker (2013), The Best Affiliate Program (2013), The Best Forex CFD Provider (2014), The Best Customer Support (2014), The Best Customer Support (2015), The Best Trading Platform (2015), The Most Innovative Broker (2015).

The Best Education Program (2016), The Most Transparent Broker (2016), The Best Customer Support (2017), The Best IB Program (2017), The Best Trading Conditions (2018), The Fastest Growing Broker (2018), The Best Withdrawal Options (2018), The Best Withdrawal Options (2020), The Best Trading Performance (2020), The Best Education Program (2020), The Fastest Growing Broker (2021), The Most Innovative Broker (2021), and The Best Affiliate Program (2021).

So many awards, in such a short time, sound absurd. On investigation, we found these awards do not exist; forget about the categories that have been mentioned. It is a total scam company.

Do not trade with Zeno Markets

We alert you that Zeno Markets is a scam broker with many red flags. Zeno Markets has fraud many investors and traders. They are unregulated. All the awards they claim to have achieved are false.
